Can my child move levels mid-term if they improve?

Yes, movement between levels is possible if a student shows consistent readiness.

What if my child misses a class?

For neo-Explorers, students will need to catch up in the following sessions. For Prime students, your child will reorganise their learning goals accordingly to meet class goals.

How does sponsorship work and how are students selected?

Sponsorship is limited and needs-based. Contact us to discuss eligibility.

Can the fee be paid monthly or as a lump sum?

We offer both options. Payment plans are available with an initial deposit.

If my child stops mid-way, is the fee refundable?

Fees are not refundable. However, if enrolment ends prematurely, programme vouchers will be credited back — redeemable for free workshops at Arus.

Do I have to attend The Maker Studio from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm?

These aren't strict class hours — it's more of an open consultation session. You are free to come and leave at your desired hours.
